Renewal Ritual

For everything your body has been carrying.

Tension doesn’t arrive all at once. It builds, at the base of the skull, across the shoulders, in the jaw you didn’t realise was clenched. Renewal is the ritual that takes it back out, and the reason it’s the treatment our guests return to again and again.

After your welcome and consultation, tension is released through the head, neck, shoulders and arms with slow, deliberate pressure, followed by hot towel therapy. The Yume head bath follows, warm water cascading over the scalp with the sound of falling water, the moment most guests describe as the deepest relaxation point of the ritual. The scalp work deepens with our bespoke organic detox mask to draw out buildup, an exfoliating scalp massage lifts what’s left behind, and a hydrating deep-cleanse shampoo leaves the scalp and hair genuinely clean. Lastly, a steamed hair treatment and gentle dry off finish the sequence.

Nothing is rushed. Every step is intentional.

What’s included

You’ll leave physically lighter. Headaches eased, shoulders down from your ears, head clear and a calm that doesn’t wear off in the car park. Guests consistently tell us it lasts for days.

Aftercare

Avoid heat styling for the rest of the day if possible. Your scalp has been deeply cleansed. Let it breathe. Results typically feel most noticeable for several days. Your therapist will provide personalised aftercare tips.
