Yes. Every La Vela gift card works at both Ashgrove (Brisbane) and Palm Beach (Gold Coast).
How quickly does it arrive?
It’s sent by email, usually within minutes of purchase, so it works for last-minute gifting too.

What if they’ve never had a head spa?

What if their ritual costs more or less than the card?
They pay the difference on the day, and any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
How do they redeem it?
They book online as normal and enter the gift card code at payment, or bring the card or code on the day.
How long is it valid?
Three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Can I get a physical card?
Yes. Physical cards are available in-studio.
