48 hours’ notice required. No shows and cancellations within 48 hours result in deposit forfeiture.

Late Arrivals

15-minute grace period. Treatment time may be reduced after that.

Gift Cards

Usable toward any treatment at either location. Valid per Australian Consumer Law.

Health & Safety

If you have a contagious scalp condition, recent surgery, or severe skin irritation, check with your GP before booking. Let us know about any health considerations at booking or consultation.
