There’s a particular kind of tiredness that sleep doesn’t fix. The mind keeps running after the lights go out, the mornings don’t feel like rest, and eventually how we feel shows in our skin.

Calm Mind is built for exactly this. It’s the complete Renewal ritual: the full scalp sequence, the organic detox, the Yume head bath, the tension release through head, neck, shoulders and arms, deepened with an organic hydrating facial and our signature relaxing facial massage.

While the body lets go, the facial works nourishment back into the skin, and the slow, repetitive facial massage does what willpower can’t: it switches the thinking off.

Aftercare

Avoid heat styling for the rest of the day if possible. Your scalp has been deeply cleansed. Let it breathe. Drink plenty of water to support your skin after the facial. Results typically feel most noticeable for several days. Your therapist will provide personalised aftercare tips.
